Shipping policy

• Standard Shipping: Free for orders over R500. Orders under R500 will have a shipping fee of R150

• Express Shipping: Available at R450 for expedited delivery (available in select areas).

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (in major urban areas)

All orders placed before 12 PM will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number, allowing you to follow the progress of your delivery.

We work with trusted courier partners within South Africa to ensure reliable and timely delivery. Our primary partners include Courier Guy and DHL.

We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across South Africa. Some rural areas may experience longer delivery times or limited availability for express options.

Our couriers will make two attempts to deliver your package. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery or refund.

If your order arrives damaged or you have any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer service team at sales@5150autosportsa.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order. We will investigate and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as needed.
